Sparta Web Solutions is located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. It is a home-based small business led by me, Shahla Parveen. I am holding Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. I have nearly 15 years of experience with software development, computers and the internet. I have excellent documentation and technical writing skills, have authored numerous international publications and have been awarded with several US patents. I possess diversified knowledge and experience in the web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScsipt, PHP and ASP.
